‘The Christmas Gift Voucher Package’ is a special seasonal offer from The Backcare & Acupuncture Clinic, designed to help new patients (or returning patients who haven’t visited in over 12 months) begin their journey towards better movement, posture, and long-term wellness.

What the Voucher Includes

Each voucher is valued at £206 and entitles the recipient to:

• An Initial Consultation

• A Verbal Report of Findings and Personalised Treatment Plan with clear next steps

• Two Follow-Up Treatment Sessions

Eligibility

The offer is intended for friends and family members who are new to the clinic or for those who have not attended in the past 12 months.

Existing patients who have been seen within the last 12 months are not eligible to redeem the voucher for themselves.

Booking Process

Once you purchase the ‘The Christmas Gift Voucher Package’, there are two ways to book:
 1️⃣ You can contact us directly to arrange an appointment for your friend or family member.
 2️⃣ You can forward the voucher to them so they can call or email us to book themselves.

Expiry Date

All vouchers must be booked and redeemed before 28 February 2026.

Appointments are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early to secure preferred times.

Price and Payment

The purchase price is £70 (a 66% saving on the full value of £206).

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase before the voucher can be issued.

Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

Vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser once payment is received.

The purchaser may either print the voucher or forward it electronically to the intended recipient.

Restrictions

Each voucher is valid for one person only and cannot be shared, split, or combined with any other offer.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or other services.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

The clinic reserves the right to decline voucher redemption where eligibility criteria are not met.

Other Information

All sessions must take place at The Backcare & Acupuncture Clinic, under the care of our qualified practitioners.

Cancellations or missed appointments are subject to our standard clinic cancellation policy.

The clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice, but any purchased vouchers will remain valid until the stated expiry date.
